Meet Jenny

Jenny Streeter is a board certified chaplain, ordained United Methodist minister, speaker, and author with more than seventeen years of experience supporting patients, caregivers, and families through life’s most challenging moments.

For nearly two decades, Jenny has served in long term care and hospice, walking alongside more than 2,000 patients and their loved ones during the final chapter of life. She does not bring medicine or provide physical therapy. Instead, she shows up to listen, offer encouragement, and remind people they do not have to face difficult days alone.

Along the way, Jenny has celebrated more 100th birthdays than she can count, witnessed remarkable stories of love and resilience, and had the privilege of renewing the vows of a couple married for eighty years before later officiating their joint funeral.

Jenny leads caregiver and grief support groups, provides one on one counseling, and has trained visitation ministers, Ronald McDonald House volunteers, hospital chaplains, and long term care professionals throughout New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.

Through her writing, speaking, and online community, Jenny shares practical advice, honest encouragement, and compassionate support for caregivers who often feel overwhelmed and alone. Her mission is simple. To help caregivers feel seen, supported, and a little more confident as they care for their loved one.
